Media Registration
Reporters must register for access to abstracts, posters, meeting sessions, and embargoed press materials. In lieu of a press conference, embargoed press releases highlighting newsworthy studies to be presented at the meeting will be distributed to registered reporters in advance.
To register as press, journalists must provide official press credentials such as a business card, editorial roster or masthead, international press card, or letter of assignment. Alternatively, journalists may provide proof of membership in the Association of Health Care Journalists (AHCJ). Journalists seeking complimentary registration may also be asked to provide recent bylined health/medical/science coverage or further information about their plans for covering the meeting. Please review the complete registration requirements and policies.
Members of the media can request registration by filling out the registration form in the AACR’s online newsroom. Contact Kathleen Venango at [email protected] or 215-290-5408 with registration questions.
