Ms. Fraser is the Chief People Officer at WelbeHealth, following years as the Mayo Clinic’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining the Mayo Clinic, she served as senior vice president, Human Resources with Tenet Healthcare Corp., a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, a vice president of Finance at Sabre Holdings, and as an entrepreneur, owning and operating a small retail business focused on healthy meals and nutrition for busy families. Ms. Fraser serves on the boards of directors of several organizations, including The Board Connection, JKU Foundation, and the Advisory Board of the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas.
