Registration
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Individuals wishing to attend the meeting must register online. Registration will not be processed without full payment. All fees must be in U.S. currency, drawn on a U.S. bank. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted for payment.
AACR members must log into their member account when registering online to obtain the member rates (member dues must be paid through 2024 prior to registering). Online registrations will be confirmed by email immediately. Receipts can also be obtained online.
REGISTRATION FOR IN-PERSON MEETING
Registration includes admission to all lecture sessions, poster sessions, the opening reception on February 1, continental breakfasts on February 2-5, refreshment breaks as outlined in the program, and refreshments during the Poster Sessions.
The AACR and JCA will not print a Program/Proceedings for this meeting as all materials will be made available in a digital format.
Registrants must check off the AACR health and safety policies check box.

1 Nonmember pre/postdoctoral students must have their registrar, dean, or department head certify that they are enrolled at the university and working toward a degree or fellowship in a field related to cancer research.
2 If you are a non-member Patient Advocate registering for this conference, you must complete the advocate verification form. The AACR Survivor and Patient Advocacy Department will contact you for approval. Please email [email protected] with any questions.
3 JCA Members will need to enter their member number to receive the JCA member rate. JCA Pre-/Postdoctoral Student members will need to enter their member number, check the Pre-/Postdoctoral Student checkbox, upload student verification, and also enter in their JCA Member number to receive the JCA member rate.

REFUND POLICY
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by the AACR Meetings Department by Thursday, January 2, 2025. Refund requests may be sent by fax to 215-446-9925 or by email to [email protected]. There will be a $75 administrative fee for processing cancellations received by Thursday, January 2. After this date, no refunds can be given.
