Similar to 2024, private meeting rooms will be available for rent in the convention center. All meeting rooms will be within a 5-minute walk from session rooms, provide seating for 15, and complimentary beverages and snacks. No audio-visual services are available.

Meeting rooms may be reserved on Thursday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m., and on Friday from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Information on reserving space will be available in mid-February.
