In the near future, I plan on pursuing an MD/PhD degree. My long-term career goal is to become a physician-scientist working in the field of translational medicine. I plan on identifying clinical needs in the treatment and diagnosis of cancer, and applying computational methods in order to create high-impact and innovative solutions for improving patient outcomes. I graduated in December of 2020. I am taking a gap semester, and I will be joining an MSTP program in the fall. I am currently undecided as to which specific institution.
