What are your long-term career objectives?
“I am a PhD candidate at Johns Hopkins University. I am broadly interested in non-coding RNA and extracellular vesicles in disease. My research focuses on discovering biomarkers and novel therapeutic targets for solid tumors. By understanding the expression patterns and direct targeting mechanisms of microRNAs in cancer, I aim to develop approaches to detect cancer early and improve patient outcomes. My long-term goal is to become an independent investigator.”
