What are your long-term career objectives?
My long-term career goal is to become a tenured professor in academic medicine and continue to train others in my independent laboratory in the research of hematologic malignancies to pursue a better understanding of disease and better therapies.

Overall it has made it challenging as a junior faculty member to be invited to talks and network. Supply chain issues have slowed some things down.
