Satellite Educational Symposia was held in conjunction with the AACR Annual Meeting 2024. These CME-accredited events are supported by parties other than AACR and are not part of the official program of the AACR Annual Meeting 2024. Symposia are evaluated by the Satellite Educational Symposia Committee to ensure that the educational content will enhance that provided by the official AACR scientific program. 

On the Horizon: Expert Insights into New and Emerging Novel ADCs for the Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumors

Although antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are available for oncology care, the field of new and emerging novel ADCs is expanding rapidly. Many are in various stages of development for treatment of advanced solid tumors, and even though their general mechanisms are similar, the specific targets and rationales underlying each agent differ, making it challenging for oncology clinicians to remain up to date on development status, clinical trial data, and any new or potential approvals. Experts Petros Grivas, MD, PhD, Paolo Tarantino, MD, and Helena A. Yu, MD participated in a live roundtable symposium where they provided insights on new and emerging novel ADCs to enable clinicians to incorporate these agents into patient care in the clinical trial setting or once they are approved.
