Meeting Resources

Registered AACR Annual Meeting attendees can use the following electronic and print resources to plan their itineraries and navigate the meeting.

AACR Annual Meeting App

Attendees can carry the AACR Annual Meeting wherever they go—with or without a network connection. The AACR Annual Meeting App is available in native versions to serve users of iPhone, iPad, and Android devices and also in a browser-based version for use on most web-enabled smartphones and tablets.

Once downloaded, all App content and functionality is stored locally on the user’s Apple or Android device and can be accessed without an Internet connection—including the full text of more than 6,500 abstracts. Users can search, browse, and select sessions to create a personal itinerary for the meeting. They can also import their itineraries from the Online Itinerary Planner (see below).

Use the download buttons below or search in the App Store for “AACR Meetings” to download and install the AACR Meetings App. Open the app, locate the AACR Annual Meeting 2025 under Upcoming Events, and touch the Open button.

AACR Virtual Meeting Platform

All sessions held in the Convention Center will be live-streamed to the virtual meeting platform. This includes all scientific sessions; however, access to the Educational Sessions and Methods Workshops on Friday and Saturday, April 25-26, requires the separate purchase of an AACR Educational Program Pass. (Ancillary events like career development sessions, town halls, etc., and sessions that are held in the hotels will not be streamed.) Both in-person and virtual attendees will have access to the virtual meeting platform.

Registered Annual Meeting attendees can log into the virtual meeting platform using the email address that they used to register.

Live-streamed sessions will be available for on-demand viewing no more than 60 minutes of the end of the session (although most sessions will be available immediately). In-person and virtual attendees will have access to the on-demand sessions through Friday, October 31.
