Advance Registration Deadline: Monday, January 13, 2025 Register Now

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Individuals wishing to attend the meeting must register online. Registration will not be processed without full payment. All fees must be in U.S. currency, drawn on a U.S. bank. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted for payment. 

AACR members must log into their member account when registering online to obtain the member rates (member dues must be paid through 2024 prior to registering). Online registrations will be confirmed by email immediately. Receipts can also be obtained online. 

Please note: Registrants must log in to myAACR and go to “Events” to access the meeting. The “Attend” button on the digital ticket will become enabled approximately 30 minutes before the start of the meeting. 

REGISTRATION FOR IN-PERSON MEETING 

In-person registration includes admission to all lecture sessions, poster sessions, exhibit show hours, the opening reception on February 23, continental breakfasts on February 24, 25, and 26, refreshment breaks as outlined in the program, and lunch during the Poster Sessions on February 24 and 25. In-person registration also includes on-demand access to session recordings after the in-person conference ends. CME/MOC credits are available for this conference – please visit the CME webpage for details.

Individuals unable to travel to Los Angeles for this conference should review the information for On-Demand Registration below.

 On-demand access to session recordings (synchronized slides and audio) is available for those unable to attend the in-person meeting.  Lecture session recordings (synchronized slides and audio) will be available approximately 7-14 business days after the meeting for on-demand viewing and will remain available until May 15, 2025 (70 days after last day of meeting).

Note: A limited number of print program schedules will be available onsite, but all conference information will be available on the conference website and in the conference app. Please see the Abstracts page for the release schedule for regular, clinical trial, and late-breaking abstracts accepted for presentation.

REGISTRATION FOR ON-DEMAND ACCESS 

On-demand registration will provide access to the virtual conference platform in mid-March. On-demand registration will provide access to all lecture sessions (synchronized slides and audio). On-demand viewing will be available until May 15, 2025.

REFUND POLICY

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by the AACR Meetings Department by Friday, January 24, 2025. Refund requests may be sent to [email protected]. There will be a $75 administrative fee for processing cancellations received by January 24. After this date, no refunds can be given.
