Similar to 2024, private meeting rooms will be available for rent in the convention center. All meeting rooms will be within a 5-minute walk from session rooms, provide seating for 15, and complimentary beverages and snacks. No audio-visual services are available.

Meeting rooms may be reserved on Thursday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m., and on Friday from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payments are non-refundable.

ONSITE NETWORKING

The 2025 event will feature ample time and space for spontaneous discussions and networking in McCormick Place West. Breakfasts, lunches, and coffee breaks are available on both days, as well as the open reception on the night of April 24. AACR has secured more than double the amount of space available from last year as we expect 800-1,000 attendees to be in Chicago this year.
