REGISTRATION PROCESS
Individuals wishing to attend this event or participate remotely must register online. Registration will not be processed without full payment. All fees must be in U.S. currency, drawn on a U.S. bank. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted for payment.
AACR members must log into their member account when registering online to obtain the member rate (member dues must be paid through 2024 prior to registering). Online registrations will be confirmed by email immediately. Receipts can also be obtained online.
Registration for the AACR Oncology Industry Partnering Event is separate from registration for the AACR Annual Meeting 2025.
REGISTRATION BENEFITS
Registration includes admission to all sessions outlined in the program schedule, networking breakfasts on April 24 and 25, lunches on April 24 and 25, the evening reception on April 24, and breaks as outlined in the program.

All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). In-person registration is limited to 1,000 attendees and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by the AACR Meetings Department by March 24. Refund requests may be sent to [email protected]. There will be a $75 administrative fee for processing cancellations received by March 24. After this date, no refunds can be given.
