Accommodations and Travel
The AACR has recently been notified that some conference registrants are being solicited by an unauthorized company trying to obtain credit card information by phone and email to secure housing accommodations at this conference. All information regarding travel and housing accommodations is available on this webpage. The AACR will not contact you by phone or email requesting credit card information. Accommodations
The conference will be held at the Hilton Denver City Center in Denver, CO. The Hilton Denver City Center is located approximately 24 miles from the Denver International Airport (DEN) and, depending on traffic, the average travel time from the airport to the hotel is 40 minutes.
A reduced conference rate of $239 per night is available to conference attendees until Tuesday, February 21, 2023. Reservations may be made online or by calling Call 1-800-445-8667 and requesting the AACR Advances in Prostate Cancer Research conference rate. The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until the cut-off date. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the nearest available rate. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation. Guests who cancel within 72 hours of their arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax. Note that check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. To learn more about the current hotel cleaning standards and protocols, please visit the hotel website.
Travel to Denver
The closest major airport to the conference site is the Denver International Airport (DEN), located approximately 40 minutes from the hotel. - Include your: Name (per your travel ID), Date of Birth, Preferred Departure/Arrival Airport, name of the AACR meeting you are booking travel for, Travel Dates, and any Additional Preferences (such as seating, timing, etc.)
- Samantha will research the best flight options and provide several choices that fit your needs
- A one-time minimal transaction fee of $30 will be clearly listed along with flight pricing
- For your security, CT will require a signed credit-card-authorization-form before they can process payment for your flight
AACR’s Corporate Travel office is open: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM – 6:00PM ET and may be reached via phone at (215) 825-3650, but email is preferred.
Ground Transportation
A variety of ground transportation options is available upon arrival, including taxi service, private car service, Uber, Lyft, car rentals, and shared shuttles. Taxi service between the Denver International Airport (DEN) and The Hilton Denver City Center hotel is approximately $56 one way, plus gratuity. International Travel
Researchers from more than 50 different countries around the world regularly participate in AACR meetings and conferences. The Association encourages and appreciates the contributions of international researchers at our programs. If you plan to attend this AACR conference, please contact the American Consulate in your country to review the current regulations for travel to the United States. Obtaining the proper documentation may take several weeks or months, depending on your location, so we encourage you to contact the consulate as soon as possible if you are considering attending this conference.
