REGISTRATION PROcess
Individuals wishing to attend the meeting must register online. Registration will not be processed without full payment. All fees must be in U.S. currency, drawn on a U.S. bank. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted for payment.
AACR members must log into their member account when registering online to obtain the member rates (member dues must be paid through 2023 prior to registering). Online registrations will be confirmed by email immediately. Receipts can also be obtained online.
Please note: Registrants must log in to myAACR and go to “Events” to access the meeting. The “Attend” button on the digital ticket will become enabled approximately 30 minutes before the start of the meeting.
REGISTRATION FOR IN-PERSON MEETING
In-person registration includes admission to all lecture sessions, poster sessions, the opening reception on March 15, meeting continental breakfasts on March 16, 17, and 18, refreshment breaks as outlined in the program, refreshments during Poster Session A on March 16 and refreshments during Poster Session B on March 17. In-person registration also provides access to the virtual meeting platform during the in-person meeting and on-demand access after the in-person meeting ends. The virtual meeting platform will be available starting on Wednesday, March 15 at 5:00 p.m. MT and will provide access to the final program, abstracts being presented, awardees, supporters, and related meeting information. Lecture sessions (synchronized slides and audio) will be available approximately 7-10 business days after the meeting for on-demand viewing and will remain available until Monday, May 28, 2023 (70 days after last day of meeting). NOTE – The AACR will not print a Program/Proceedings for this meeting as all materials will be available on the virtual meeting platform.

On-demand registration will provide access to the virtual meeting platform approximately 7-10 days after the meeting. On-demand registration will provide access to all lecture sessions (synchronized slides and audio), the final program schedules, abstracts, awardees, supporters, and related meeting information. Posters will be presented onsite and accompanying poster videos are not required. Presentations will not be available on the virtual platform for all posters. On-demand viewing will remain available until Monday, May 28, 2023 (70 days after last day of meeting).

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by the AACR Meetings Department by February 13 (30 days prior to first day of conference). Refund requests may be sent to [email protected]. There will be a $75 administrative fee for processing cancellations received by February 13. After this date, no refunds can be given.
