Abstracts are no longer being accepted for this conference. The abstract submission deadline was Tuesday, June 9, 2020. All abstracts submitted by the Tuesday, June 9 deadline will be considered for poster presentation. Additionally, oral presentations of highly rated abstracts will be integrated within thematic sessions.

REVIEW AND PRESENTATION FORMATS

Only those abstracts that have been reviewed and selected by the Conference Program Committee may be presented. Accepted abstracts will be presented as short talks within the Concurrent Sessions or as e-presentations (slide presentations with accompanying audio) for the virtual Poster Session. Details on the length and format of the presentations will be provided to individuals noted as ABSTRACT PRESENTERS of accepted abstracts. Individuals selected to present short talks within the Concurrent Sessions will be provided with complimentary meeting registration.

PUBLICATION AND RELEASE

Abstracts selected to be presented at this virtual meeting will be available as a .pdf file to meeting registrants at 10:00 a.m. EDT (U.S.) on Monday, July 20, 2020. Accepted abstracts must remain confidential until that time. Every effort will be made to reproduce the content of the abstracts as submitted, except in certain circumstances where changes may be made to comply with AACR style. Accepted abstracts will also be published as an online-only Proceedings supplement to an AACR journal after the completion of the meeting.

NOTIFICATION OF ABSTRACT STATUS

All individuals listed as ABSTRACT PRESENTERS will be notified of acceptance or rejection by email approximately two (2) weeks after the abstract submission deadline. Notices and instructions will be sent to the email address provided at the time of abstract submission. If an abstract is not selected for presentation, the presenter may request a full refund of the registration fee by contacting the AACR Meetings Department at [email protected].

REGISTRATION

ABSTRACT PRESENTERS of accepted abstracts are required to register for the meeting at the corresponding member or nonmember rate. If an abstract is not accepted for presentation at the meeting, the ABSTRACT PRESENTER may request a full refund of the registration fee.

REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWAL

Once an abstract has been submitted, it may be withdrawn only by written request from the ABSTRACT PRESENTER. Withdrawal requests must be emailed to [email protected] by 11:59 p.m. EDT on Friday, June 26, 2020.
