Patient Advocate Posters
Cancer survivors and patient advocates provide valuable insight throughout the research continuum to inform scientific discovery, public policy, and clinical research. To encourage participation in research, AACR offers patient advocates and cancer survivors several resources, tools, and opportunities, such as presenting AACR Patient Advocate Abstracts at the AACR Annual Meeting 2023 Poster Sessions.
Patient advocates who work or volunteer for a not-for-profit cancer patient advocacy organization may submit an abstract to the Annual Meeting. This poster session aims to highlight the impact of patient advocates and their work with concrete examples of working with the scientific community.
